Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on a flat rate fee. We are currently shipping within Ontario only.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@obscenepeppersauce.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Shipping costs are to be the responsibility of the customer, with some exceptions. Examples of exceptions could include damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
